Good Wednesday. We are still 5 days away from fall, but our weather is finally turning away from summer and toward the cooler time of year.
Average highs are in the low 80s this time of year, and we will hover around that through next week.
In the wake of a front that brought a few showers yesterday, we can expect cooler and drier air today. It will be mostly sunny with a high of 80 degrees. We are also seeing the air drying out a bit. The humidity is lower, and the dew point values have dropped into the upper 50s. Bottom line... today will be a GREAT day!
The nice weather will continue Thursday. We will start with a low of 58, than warm to 83. Mostly sunny skies and low humidity will rule once again.
Friday through the weekend will be slightly warmer, but still nice. Highs will reach 85 Friday through Sunday. Lows will be in the low 60s, and the humidity will stay in check.
Monday, a weak front will wash out over the Tennessee Valley. It may bring a few showers Monday, but the big impact will be another shot of cool air knocking our highs into the upper 70s and low 80s. Our lows will drop back into the 50s.
