Four men and 1 juvenile arrested for Sunnyside Drive burglary

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) - Chattanooga Police responded to 5208 Sunnyside Drive on a burglary in progress around 12 p.m. Tuesday.   

Upon arrival  officers were informed to be on the lookout for a brown SUV with several parties involved. 

Officers were able to locate and stop the vehicle at 28th and 6th Avenue and arrested 18-year-old Kelvon Dozier,  25-year-old Carl Lewis and one juvenile into custody.  

The other suspects, 18-year-old Kiaomee Owens and 19-year-old Deangelo Foster were also arrested at another residence.

After searching the residence, officers recovered the victim, Lander Lewis' stolen items.   Officers returned the stolen property to Lewis.    

The juvenile  and Foster are both charged with aggravated burglary and theft over $1,000. 

Lewis and Owens are charged with aggravated burglary and Dozier is charged with aggravated burglary, two counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and theft over $1,000.
