DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WRCB) -
Two students are in trouble with the law after officials say they smoked synthetic pot at school and one had a bad reaction.
The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office says a 15-year and 16-year old took the drug while on campus at Crossville High School. The 16-year old apparently had a medical reaction, and sought out the school resource officer. An ambulance was called, the student was treated and released from the hospital, but now faces possession and public intox charges. The 15-year old was also charged with distribution of a controlled substance, and tampering with evidence.
