Woman at center of sexual assault case finds herself in trouble with the law

The woman at the center a sexual assault case in Murray County involving a former judge is in trouble with the law.

Angela Garmley was arrested on drug charges at the Walmart on Shugart Road in Dalton.  Tuesday, Garmley was booked for selling methamphetamine.  Dalton Police say they've been investigating her since July and took out a warrant for her arrest.  

In 2012, Garmley and her husband, Joe Garmley, sued former Murray County Chief Magistrate Bryant Cochran for allegedly soliciting sex from Angela Garmley in his chambers.
