Officers in Hamilton and Bradley County are looking for 20-year-old Richard David Dillard.  He is wanted by Hamilton County for his alleged involvement in a carjacking on Highway 58.  It happened August 24th, the victim told deputies he was sitting in his truck at a convenience store when a white male opened the door and forced him out of the truck while assaulting him.  The suspect took the truck and headed north on Highway 58.  The victim suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital to be treated.   The suspect left a car in the parking lot which had been stolen out of Bradley County. 

Detectives identified the suspect as Dillard.  Felony arrest warrants have been obtained for Dillard in this case.  The warrants include: Carjacking, Felony Reckless Endangerment & Felony Vandalism.   

Dillard also has active felony arrest warrants in Bradley County.

At this time his whereabouts is unknown.  He is a resident of Bradley County with no known ties to Hamilton County.

He is described as 6'01" tall and around 300 lbs with blonde hair and hazel eyes. 

His last known address was Trailer View Drive in Cleveland.
