HAMILTON COUNTY, TN (WRCB) -

A man wanted on an outstanding warrant is now in custody.  Wednesday Community Corrections called the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office tell them that Ledester Bernard McElvain was in their building. McElvain had a warrant for Probation  Violation regarding a charge of robbery.  When deputies arrived and tried to apprehend McElvain, he took off in a silver 2002 Ford Taurus driven by Jaquoyah Brown.  Officers follow the duo down Dayton Blvd and with the help of Red Bank Police managed to surround the car and force it to stop.

McElvain is charged with the Probation Violation warrant and Felony Evading.  Jaquoyah Brown is charged with Aiding and Abetting a Fleeing Felon.

They are both housed at the Hamilton County Jail.
