Good Tuesday. Through the rest of the day, we will see a high of 88 with dew points around 70, so expect another sticky, uncomfortable afternoon. While I don't expect much in the way of rain, I can't rule out a rogue pop up shower or storm. After about 6pm, we can expect skies to begin clearing.
Overnight, it will be much cooler with the morning low dropping into the low to mid 60s. When you head to work or school tomorrow morning, you will be amazed at how nice the air feels.
Through the day Wednesday, we will have mostly sunny skies, highs in the mid 80s, and MUCH lower humidity. Dew points will drop into the mid 50s.
Thursday looks just about as nice. We may be a few degrees warmer, but the air will still be dry and it will be a wonderful day.
Friday through Saturday the heat and humidity return as highs climb into the low 90s.
Sunday and Monday we will have more scattered showers and storms developing.
The rainfall deficit in Chattanooga is still a bit higher than we like. We are currently 7.33" below average for the year.
