The four proposed Tennessee constitutional amendments that will be on the Nov. 4 ballot have been placed online by the Secretary of State’s office. The amendments appear on the website in the same order they will appear on the ballot.

They cover abortion, taxes, lotteries and whether Supreme Court judges should be appointed or elected.

“Now these amendments are readily accessible on our website to give people the opportunity to learn about them so they can make well-informed decisions at the ballot box,” Secretary of State Tre Hargett said.
