A Chatsworth woman was arrested on burglary charges in Gordon County Tuesday.

Officials say Jamie Priest was picked up for an April burglary of a home in Ranger.

Deputies say they spotted her loitering near a home Tuesday.

She and a male accomplice fled the scene, leading officers on a chase in a stolen car before abandoning the car and running into the woods.

Deputies, K-9 units and helicopters were used to track them until severe storms ended the search.

Priest was picked up several hours later when residents spotted her coming out of the woods. She was arrested and charged with burglary and receiving stolen property.

Deputies are still searching for her accomplice, Timothy Junior Pack. Detectives say he has a lengthy criminal history. Anyone with any information regarding Pack’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 or the Sheriff’s Office.
