Leading Nasal Strips Brand Has Signed An Official Partnership With The Famed Race Horse

ELMONT, N.Y., June 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- As online chatter of nasal strips continues to swell, the Breathe Right Brand has teamed up with famed race horse, California Chrome, to show that the nose knows.

(L-R) Owners, Steve Coburn and Perry Martin with famed horse, California Chrome, sport Breathe Right nasal strips in celebration of their partnership with Breathe Right® at Belmont Park on June 5, 2014.

Breathe Right® nasal strips has signed an official partnership with California Chrome.  To celebrate, owners Perry Martin and Steve Coburn are sporting Breathe Right nasal strips in support of California Chrome's history-making attempt at Saturday's Belmont Stakes.  Those attending the race can pick up a free nasal strip from the Breathe Right tents at the event. Spectators are encouraged to wear their nasal strip during the big race.

The partnership was facilitated by Leverage Agency, the New York City-based sponsorship agency for California Chrome.

"California Chrome races with equine strips...so the conversations that peaked after the Preakness race included reference to the Breathe Right brand as a solution for people to breathe better, so they can sleep better.   It's not every day that we see the term 'nasal strips' trend on social media," said Mandy Hennebry, Breathe Right senior brand manager.   "We certainly have California Chrome to thank for elevating the conversation about nasal strips."

Breathe Right Nasal Strips are a drug-free and clinically proven solution that instantly lift your nasal passages and open your nose to help you breathe better so you can sleep better. Within each Breathe Right nasal strip are flexible, "spring-like" bands. These bands gently lift the sides of the nose and open the nasal passages, providing immediate and continual congestion relief.

Fans not attending the Belmont Stakes can receive a free sample of Breathe Right nasal strips by visiting www.BreatheRight.com and can join the conversation by following @Breathe_Right and using the hashtag #BreatheRightBelmont on Twitter.
