There's a seat up for grabs again on the Red Bank City Commission.

The district 3 seat was vacated when Commissioner Kenneth Welch moved out of the city.  Tuesday night the mayor and other commissioners offered their bids for a replacement.

Four names were thrown in for consideration, but they could not decide on one candidate.  Something Red Bank resident James Webster says does not come as a surprise, "it's acutely obvious they can't get anything done because there is a vacancy, it's split 2, 2... They need a 3rd entity with different factions.... that can make decisions accordingly."

Since Council members could not decide on a replacement there will be a special election in August that will cost the town around 10-thousand dollars.
