Three juveniles in critical condition following crash involving stolen car

CLEVELAND, TN (WRCB) - Three juveniles are in critical condition after a crash early Friday morning involving a stolen vehicle.

Just after 6:30 a.m. Cleveland Police responded to the wreck on Westside Drive.  A white Toyota Camry was going south when the driver lost control, crossed over into the northbound lane and hit a blue GMC Acadia.

All of the occupants in the Camry were taken to Erlanger.  The driver of the GMC Acadia was treated and released.

Further investigation revealed that the Camry had been stolen between Thursday, May 29 around 11:00 p.m. and Friday, May 30 6 a.m. from a home off 19th Street SE.

The teens could be facing felony charges for grand theft auto.
