Good Monday.  As you observe Memorial Day, be ready for warm and muggy weather this afternoon.  A few storms may pop up as well.

Highs this afternoon will reach the upper 80s, and southwest winds will pump in plenty of gulf moisture.  That will be a combination that will allow for a humid afternoon with spotty thunderstorms popping up throughout the afternoon and the early evening.  Any storms present will taper with the loss of the daytime heating.

Tuesday will be a bit more stable, but still warm and humid as highs once again reach the upper 80s.  The afternoon rain chance, however, will stay low, only 20%.

For the rest of the week, expect that summertime pattern of warm, muggy air and afternoon storms possible each day.

The weekend also looks warm (upper 80s) but the rain chance is less than 20%.
