DALTON, GA (WRCB) - Coahulla Creek senior Andy Dixon has earned 4th Place in a Georgia student film competition, called Reel Change GA.

The competition, sponsored by the Governor's Office for Children and Families, was in the form of 30-second video entries from Georgia students ages 12-18.

The topic of the short films was why they choose not to drink while underage.
