UPDATE: CPD issues public alert about drug, "ecstasy"
UPDATE: The Chattanooga Police Department tell Channel 3 that there have been three reported victims of possible drug overdoses that the department believes is related to drugs handed out at that party on Saturday.
Two adult male victims, that admitted to using the drug "Ecstasy" at the party, were hospitalized but are now in stable condition.
The third victim, also an adult male, was found deceased this morning and it is believed that his death could be related to the same drugs given at the party.
The drug is described as a cloudy in color crystal. The results from the Medical Examiner's Office are still pending.
The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
PREVIOUS STORY: Chattanooga Police are investigating an incident over the weekend involving a possible drug related death of a one man, while two more people are still in the hospital.
Investigators tell Channel 3 they are investigating whether or not the young man's death is related to ecstasy.
Officials say that cannot confirm whether or not it is drug related until toxicology reports have been seen.
