Marijuana growing operation busted in AL

Deputies from Jackson County (AL) Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit uncovered an indoor marijuana grow operation Tuesday in Bryant, AL.

A search warrant, served by the Narcotics Unit, resulted in the arrest of Jamey Deuane Huckabee, 46, of Byrant, AL.

Huckabee was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 1st degree, felony drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Officers seized 43 marijuana plants, two long guns, drug paraphernalia, and components of a methamphetamine laboratory.

Huckabee was arrested and is currently in the Jackson County Jail.
