Deputies with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office were called to 7709 Short Tail Springs Road Saturday morning, just before 11 a.m. on a possible home invasion.

Deputies arrived on scene to find several people outside of the residence who did not reside at the address along with the reporting party.   

The victim and reporting party, Connie Harrold advised that Betty Jo Hullander entered her home and demanded money owed to her.

At this time a physical altercation took place between Harrold and Hullender, with Hullander having a knife.

During the physical altercation both Harrold and Hullander suffered minor injuries. While outside the residence, Hullander took a baseball bat and knocked out the glass from several vehicles.

The third party involved Bryan Oliver, arrived at the scene evidently to assist Betty Jo Hullander, he tried to gain access to the home but was not successful.

All parties involved in this incident were known to each other. Betty Jo Hullander and Connie Harrold were treated for minor injuries before being transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

Charged were Betty Jo Hullander with Especially Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Assault and Vandalism.

Bryan Oliver charged with Possession of a Handgun during Felony, Aggravated Assault and Aggravated Burglary.

Connie Harrold charged with an outstanding Warrant.
