Good Tuesday. We have some pretty typical March weather on the way. Cool and breezy today...warm and windy Thursday...showers and storms by the weekend.
An approaching cold front is pushing some clouds into the area this morning. This afternoon, we will only reach the low 50s, and winds with the front will increase, blowing from the northwest at 10-20 mph. The winds will be strongest around drive time and into the evening.
Overnight, the winds die down, but a cold air mass will settle over the area. Lows in the morning will drop into the mid to upper 20s! Highs will be in the low 50s Wednesday afternoon with sunshine all day.
Thursday, the winds will pick up again, this time blowing from the south at 10-20 mph. This will bring in some clouds and warmer air in. Highs Thursday will climb into the low 60s.
The warm up Thursday will be in advance of a front that will push in some showers and thunderstorms Friday. We will see some scattered showers lingering into Saturday morning, but by Saturday afternoon we will clear out and have great weather with highs in the upper 60s.
Sunday will be in the upper 60s as well with sunshine to spare.
