The front that brought the Sunday morning rain showers now brings in some cooler air to the Tennessee Valley.
Highs today will be in the upper 50s with mostly sunny skies.
Tuesday we have another front that will work it's way in. It won't have much moisture to work with, so I don't expect more than a stray sprinkle or two through the day, but we will see mostly cloudy skies, and increasing winds. The wind will blow from the northwest at 10-25 mph through the afternoon.
Cold air will ride in on the wind. The high Tuesday will only reach 55, but even colder air will settle in Wednesday. As we clear out, and the winds die down Wednesday morning will sport lows in the upper 20s. Wednesday afternoon will be sunny and 52.
We will gradually warm back into the 60s toward the end of the week. Another system will bring in showers and thunderstorms Friday.
The weekend looks good with highs in the upper 60s and low 70s.
