UPDATE: The Dalton Police Department has arrested 20-year-old Juvencio Garcia and 21-year-old Fernando Resendiz . Both Garcia and Resendiz are being charged with homicide, as accessories to the shooting.  Twenty-year-old Orlando Ramirez, the man identified by investigators as the shooter, is still at large.

UPDATE: The Dalton Police Department showed up early Sunday morning at the Quick Stop Convenience Store on East Morris Street where they were able to pull footage that helped them identify who they believe shot two people.

Witnesses say, an altercation between a Las Delicias Bar patron and the bouncers broke out that ended in gunfire.

One man was found dead at the scene the other was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.

20-year-old Orlando Ramirez has been identified as the person investigators believe pulled the trigger.

He has a tear-drop tattoo under his left eye and was seen leaving the bar in a dark red two-door Honda Accord.

PREVIOUS STORY: Police are looking for 20-year-old Orlando Ramirez in connection with a double shooting at a Dalton nightclub early Sunday morning.

The Dalton Police Department responded at approximately 12:50 am this morning to a report of a shooting at the Las Delicias Bar at 511 East Morris Street.

Upon arrival officers found two people with gunshot wounds. One victim was dead at the scene and the other was transported to Hamilton Medical Center. 

His condition is not known but he is alive and was in what investigators termed stable condition at the scene.

Ramirez is wanted on a warrant for one count of homicide and two counts of aggravated assault.  His last known address was 209 Beulah Drive in Dalton.  Ramirez stands 5'7" tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds.  He has brown eyes.
