A Chattanooga man wanted for first degree murder arrested in Memphis Monday by U. S. Marshals is now back in Chattanooga.

Chattanooga Police and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI)have been searching for Rodney "Big Head" Jennings in connection with the killing of Rapheal White. Jennings was added to the TBI's Ten Most Wanted list.

Jennings allegedly shot White to death on January 28th on 6th Avenue Court.

He was tracked to an apartment complex in south Memphis.  Agents surrounded the apartment unit where he was hiding.  Jennings surrendered without incident.  An Uzi style gun was seized at the apartment as well.  At this time it is not known if it is involved in any crimes.

Jennings is in the Shelby County Jail awaiting extradition.
