A murder suspect accused of stabbing a Dalton convenience store clerk will not make her bond hearing court appearance Friday morning.

Skyy Mims faced a Whitfield County judge Wednesday in her first court, video-conference appearance hearing. It lasted less than two minutes.

Since magistrate courts do not consider bond for murder defendants, Mims would have gone before a superior court judge Friday. But she has withdrawn her request for bond.

Security cameras captured footage of Mims at the Kanku's on Airport Road, where authorities say she killed the clerk, 37-year old Dahyabhai Chaudmari, and fled with lottery tickets and money from the cash register.

Mims will continue to be held in Whitfield County with out bond.
