The man who admitted to planting drugs on a woman's car will spend a year and half in prison.
Clifford "CJ" Joyce pleaded guilty to felony conspiracy charges for his role in framing Angela Garmley.
Joyce planted five small packets of meth on Garmley's car, after she accused former Murray Chief Magistrate Bryant Cochran of sexual misconduct.
Joyce's attorney argued he committed the crime, because Cochran wanted him to.
Two officers are currently serving time for their role in the case, meanwhile Cochran has not been charged.
