Man charged in vehicular death of Bradley County teen

BRADLEY COUNTY, TN (WRCB) -

An arrest has been made in connection with a fatal crash that killed a Bradley County teenager.
39-year-old Shawn David Toll is charged with vehicular homicide and two counts of reckless endangerment.
Police say Toll was driving intoxicated when the mustang he was driving left the roadway, struck a utility pole and came to rest upside down.
13-year-old Ciara Alexis Pagan, a student at Lake Forrest Middle School, was killed in the crash.
Toll is booked in the Bradley County Jail on a 500-thousand dollar bond.
