Posted: Updated:
FORT OGLETHORPE, GA (WRCB) -

UPDATE: Another Secret Santa donated to a Salvation Army Red Kettle Wednesday.

Fifteen one hundred dollar bills appeared in the Red Kettle at Sam's Club on Lee Highway.

EARLIER STORY: Secret Santa strikes again, contributing at least $7,000 to local red kettles.

The Salvation Army found 30-$100 bills in a red kettle outside the Wal-Mart Ft. Oglethorpe's grocery entrance Monday.

Then workers discovered another 30-$100 bills in a red kettle at the main entrance to the same Wal-Mart.

Then Secret Santa made his way to Hamilton Place where Salvation Army workers discovered another 10-$100 bills inside a red kettle outside the Gunbarrel Road Wal-Mart.

That's a total of $7,000 in $100 bills.

Kimberly George with the Salvation Army said they believe it's different people who may be working together.

"The donation couldn't come at a better time, Thank you Secret Santa" says Major Al Newsome, Area Commander for The Salvation Army of Greater Chattanooga. "We are asking folks to give generously. Need is up and funding down. Hopefully Secret Santa's large gift will encourage other to donate as well."

The Salvation Army is asking folks to donate their time as well to the Red Kettle Campaign. To donate time or make a monetary donation please visit, csarmy.org.
