UPDATE: Investigators are on the look out for a suspect involved in a high speed chase.

They say two men stole a vehicle in East Brainerd from a person's driveway Saturday night.

The stolen vehicle was then seen driving down 1-75 with police following right behind.

The vehicle veered off the road and stopped, one suspect was arrested Saturday night near a busy parking lot, the other is still on the loose.

Matthew Bell was visiting his girlfriend at her family's home on Stone Crest Circle in East Brainerd. He was also picking up his 3-year-old daughter.

After Bell pulled into the driveway he left the car running to keep the inside warm.

Less than 5 minutes later he returned outside and noticed his 2010 Chrysler 300 was nowhere in sight.

"I thought I left the car in neutral and it rolled out of the driveway into the neighbor's yard because it didn't make any sense why it disappeared," Matthew Bell, Car was stolen.

Mathew and his girlfriends family stood outside in shock, having a hard time comprehending where the car went.

They called the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and within a few hours Bell received a call back from a detective.

The detective told Bell that his car was seen driving over 130 miles an hour down I-75 in the northbound lane before it pulled over.

The two male suspects inside the vehicle then took off running on foot.

"Investigators pursued them to the exit and they got out and ditched it by a field near the Hardees," said Bell.

One of the suspects, Sean Harvey didn't make it to far.

Deputies arrested him at the Collegedale Walmart after someone called police saying they saw a man running through the parking lot, covered in mud run wearing torn clothing.

The other suspect is still on the loose. They both could face one count of theft over 10,000 among a few other charges.

"It proves that these things happen anywhere and you have to be careful," said Marsh.

Bell's car was recovered without any damage.
