MURRAY COUNTY, GA (WRCB) -

The suspect who admitted to planting drugs on a woman's car will spend a year and six months in prison.

Clifford "CJ" Joyce was sentenced Thursday in federal court for conspiracy to distribute meth,
after he admitted to placing five small packets of meth on Angela Garmley's car in August of 2012.

Garmley was the woman who accused former Murray Chief Magistrate Bryant Cochran of sexual misconduct.

Two sheriff's deputies have also pleaded guilty for their roles in the setup.
