Dining out this weekend?
The inspectors at the Hamilton County Health Department had a great week, reporting no failing grades among the more than 29 restaurants inspected.
According to Lead Inspector Jack Falcon, a failing grade is any score lower than a 70. The low score of the week is the Hardees on Browns Ferry Road. They scored a 78.
Inspectors found walls, shelves and floors that were dirty. The walk-in cooler needs a cleaning and chemicals were being stored with clean dishes.
The high score of the week is a 98 at Rosselli's Pizzeria on Ooltewah Ringgold Road.
Congratulations on your hard work!
