East Brainerd bank robbery suspects make appearance in court
The suspects involved in an East Brainerd bank robbery made an appearance in Federal Court Tuesday.
David Cross, Daphne Rodriguez, and Anna Marie Holt all plead not guilty.
The FBI says David Cross walked into the First Tennessee Bank on East Brainerd Road back in October and fired several rounds. The bank manager was hit, but survived.
Police say Cross fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash in a stolen car driven by Rodriguez and Holt.
A trial date is been set for February 3rd.
Each face a maximum of 25 years in prison.
