Good Wednesday.  While we did see some light rain/sleet/snow overnight, most of the energy is now off to the east, and the most we can hope for in terms of precipitation is a flurry or two in the mountains, and even that is unlikely at this point.

The only real concern this morning is temps below freezing where we have some wet roadways.  This will not be a problem in Chattanooga, but some outlying areas, especially in the higher elevations, may be seeing patchy areas of ice developing this morning.

For the rest of the day, we will be cold and windy with temps staying in the 30s through the afternoon, and winds blowing from the northwest at 15-20 mph.  That will help dry things out this morning, but feel VERY uncomfortable this afternoon.

After about 3pm, temps will be in the mid 30s, and start dropping rapidly.  By 6pm, we will be in the upper 20s.

Winds this evening will start to diminish, but temps will continue dropping into the low 20s by Thursday morning.  In the mountains it will be in the mid to upper 10s.

It will be sunny and cold all day Thanksgiving with highs only reaching the low to mid 40s.

It will be a cold start Black Friday also.  Lows will be in the mid 20s, but we will have a nice warm up Friday afternoon, climbing into the low 50s.

The weekend should be a little warmer with dry weather both Saturday and Sunday.  Lows this weekend will be in the 30s with highs in the mid 50s.
