UPDATE: Wolf Creek Fire District wins thermal imaging camera

UPDATE: Wolf Creek Fire Department has won the Facebook competition for a thermal imaging camera.

District Chief Will Sergent says an order has already been placed for the thermal imaging camera and they should receive it in the next few business days.

The Wolf Creek Fire District is in the running to win a new thermal imaging camera and you can help.

The district, part of the Rhea County Fire Department, is the first district to respond to emergencies at the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant and the equipment is an important tool to have.

They are part of a Facebook competition to win.

You can vote daily by clicking the link here and then clicking the 'love it' button. You have to have Facebook to vote and it will prompt you to approve the 'contests' app.
