A slice of not really heaven and a three-way tie

Dining out this weekend?
The inspectors at the Hamilton County Health Department had a successful week among the 25 restaurants inspected, with no failing grades to report.
But if you like pizza, you may want to wait until some changes take place at Hill City Pizza on Frazier Avenue. They scored a 78.
According to Chief Inspector Jack Falcon,  the microwave was filthy, dirty floors, ceiling and walls,no cold water in the kitchen hand sink, utensils were not being cleaned properly and raw chicken was being stored in the wrong place.
The high score of the week is actually a three way tie at 95!

Congratulations to Rib and Loin on Highway 153, Olive Garden just down the street and another winning restaurant on Highway 153 is the Longhorn Steakhouse.

Remember any complaints about a restaurant, hotel or motel, day care or a place you work out, call the Hamilton County Health Department  Hotline at (423) 209-8110 or feel free to email me and I'll pass your comments along.
Enjoy your meal!
