Third Marion County assistant coach relieved of duties in vandalism scandal

A third person associated with the Marion County football team has been named in connection with the vandalism at Marion County High School's football field house.  

Marion County schools superintendent Mark Griffith tells Channel 3, Tim Starkey a volunteer assistant coach, has been relieved of his volunteer duties.

The school self-reported its football program for a major TSSAA practice violation.

It is unknown at this time if Starkey will also face charges of vandalism.
