Retrial begins in 2010 robbery-murder of Harrison man
The retrial of a 21-year-old Chattanooga man charged in the 2010 robbery-turned-murder of a Harrison man began this morning in Hamilton County Criminal Court Judge Rebecca Stern's courtroom.
Dominique Greer faces a possible life sentence if convicted of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Darrian Moore on July 21, 2010 in the driveway of Moore's parents' Shady Hollow Lane home in Harrison.
In a previous court hearing, Dwight Turner, Jr., a friend of Greer's has testified that he told Greer and Franklin Wood Jr. what Moore's FedEx work schedule was and that the trio knew Moore had money in the bank.
