Thanksgiving dinners to be served at 8 state parks

NASHVILLE, TN (AP) - Restaurants at eight Tennessee state parks will be open Nov. 28 to serve Thanksgiving dinner.

Turkey and trimmings will be available starting at 11 a.m. Prices range from $13.50 to $15.95 per person, excluding drinks and gratuity. Group reservations are recommended.

The state parks serving the Thanksgiving dinners are:

Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Deputy Commissioner Brock Hill said leaving the cooking to the state parks will give families and friends more time to spend with each other.
