PASCO COUNTY, FL (WFLA) - Pasco County deputies arrested a man for impersonating a law enforcement officer. The man demanded a discount at a Dunkin Donuts drive-through saying he was a deputy, according to a PCSO report.

Charles T. "Chuck" Barry was in the drive-through lane of the Dunkin Donuts in Trinity when he showed the cashier a law enforcement sheriff star badge, identified himself as a law enforcement officer and asked for a discount on his order of donuts.

When the cashier refused to give him a discount, Barry showed a gun in his holster and said, "See I am a cop!" according to PCSO report.

Witnesses told deputies Barry didn't threaten anybody with the gun and didn't take it out of the holster.
