Michael Moore says Citibank printed his local business phone number on the back of their Best Buy credit cards.

Michael owns Executive Valet and Limousine Service and received over a thousand phone calls from people all across the US trying to activate their account. 

After he answered over 50 phone calls within one hour last Friday, Michael contacted Best Buy's 800 number and spoke to a representative within the customer service department.

He explained the issue to the store manager at Best Buy on Gunbarrel Road and also reached out to their corporate headquarters.

Michael says, "I get calls 24 hours a day.  It doesn't stop. I called Best Buy they won't do anything about it.  Citi Bank said they accidentally printed the wrong number on the back of new cards would pay for my phone bill for the month."
