UPDATE:  A fugitive from Walker County is now in custody.

Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson tells Channel 3, Marcus Sutton was apprehended Tuesday afternoon around 4:30 by U.S. Marshals.  He was found at a home on 5th Avenue suffering from an injury received while running from the crime scene in Walker County last week.

Sutton waived extradition from Hamilton County, Tennessee, to Walker County, Georgia, Wednesday morning.

Sutton will appear in court Thursday for a First Appearance Hearing.

Reality hasn't quite set in for those that were the closest to 23-year-old Anderson Trammell Watts. He was shot to death Wednesday night inside a room he was renting located in Walker County.

The Walker County Sheriff's office announced late Friday they have issued a warrant for the arrest of Marcus Sutton on a murder charge. They are considering him armed and dangerous.

Sutton is no stranger to the law. The 20-year-old is currently facing a few felony charges that include aggravated assault and possession of a firearm from an incident that happened two weeks ago.

Friends are flooding social media sites with photos while saying he was a well liked, compassionate, and an up-beat person.

Paige Carter who was friends with Andy Watts says, "I looked at pictures my sister sent me of us hanging out when we were all happy. It makes me sad."

Investigators are encouraging anyone that has a tip or may know were Marcus Sutton is to call the Walker County Sheriffs Department or Crime Stoppers at 698-3333.
