UPDATE: Firefighters battle third fire at house on Baker Street

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -

For the second time in two days a house has caught fire.  

Wednesday firefighters rushed to Baker Street in Chattanooga.   They found a fire burning on the living room floor.  It was put out in seconds.

Investigators say there is no doubt it was set on purpose.

Tuesday, Chattanooga firefighters were called to 111 Baker Street for the second time in two weeks.

When firefighters arrived heavy smoke was coming from the attic. 

Captain Tally Glover says when he pulled up to the house, he saw a man on the front porch. When the man walked inside the house, Captain Glover ran up to the house, yelling for him to get out. The man came out immediately, and while the firefighters worked to get the blaze under control, the man apparently left the scene.

Firefighters found most of the fire in the attic and got the fire out fairly quickly. 

This is the second time Chattanooga firefighters have been to this house in less than two weeks. The first fire was on October 17, 2013.

Like the first fire, the cause of this fire is under investigation.

A fire official says the house did not have electricity.
