UPDATE: 38-year-old David Dewayne Cross, 25-year-old Annamarie Holt and 31-year-old Daphne Rodriguez went before a judge Saturday morning.

The three were arrested Friday night on Perimeter Drive in Chattanooga.

That was after the white Kia believed to be the get away car was found at Hamilton Place Mall.

On Wednesday, a masked suspect walked into the First Tennessee Bank on East Brainerd Road and fired several rounds, striking a bank employee.

That worker is expected to be okay.

The suspects will have another formal hearing Monday afternoon at the federal courthouse.

An arrest has been made in Wednesday's bank robbery at the First Tennessee Bank branch on East Brainerd Road.

Around 7:00 p.m. the FBI and Chattanooga Police arrested

  • 38 year-old David Dewayne Cross
  • 25 year-old Annamarie Nicole Holt 
  • 31 year-old Daphne Estelle Rodriguez 

All three are from Hamilton County.

The three were arrested without incident, and are expected to appear in the United States District Court in Chattanooga tomorrow.     

The arrests are the result of a joint investigation by the FBI, Safe Streets Task Force, consisting of the FBI, CPD, and the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, and the Chattanooga Police Department.
