Three years after his arrest, a teenager accused of killing his grandmother will not got to trial and prosecutors now say they aren't sure whether the woman was even murdered.
A file was made to dismiss the case on Monday after taking a closer look at the phone cord, supposedly used to kill the victim.
According to the Times Free Press, family members indicated that the teen's grandmother had attempted suicide in the past.
Johnson was 15 at the time of his grandmother's death.
A vehicle was traveling west on Hamill Road and had stopped at the railroad crossing. The gates were extended with flashing lights and sounding bell.
