Harris of Nashville is wanted by the Springfield Police Department and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for first degree murder and an unrelated charge of Aggravated Assault.

On Sunday, October 13, 2013, Harris shot and killed Thomas Smith after the two got into an argument. Smith died of his injuries at the hospital.  Harris was last seen in a white, late model four door passenger car.
