CUMBERLAND COUNTY, TN -

Prosecutors will seek the death penalty for a man charged with killing four people in Cumberland County over a botched pot deal.

Jacob Bennett is charged with four counts of felony and premeditated murder.   Authorities say he shot and killed four young victims on Renegade Mountain last month.

Today the state announced it will pursue the highest punishment for Bennett.

Bennett's girlfriend, Brittany Moser, has also been charged in the case.  A bond hearing for Moser is set for November 18th.
