CLARKSVILLE, TN (Leaf-Chronicle) - A buck ran through a glass door and entered Clarksville High School Wednesday morning.

Elise Shelton, spokeswoman for the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, said the deer ran through a side glass door as students arrived Wednesday.

Students were kept out of the science pod while teachers worked to get the deer out of the building.

The deer was "shooed" back out of the school and ran back into the woods, Shelton said.

There was damage to the door and some sheet rock damage caused by the deer.

No students were harmed, Shelton said.
