(WRCB) - Good Thursday. Let the nice weather begin!
We had some good rainfall yesterday. Most folks saw about .50" to 1" of rain. Some a little more. Some a little less. The rainfall surplus for the year is 17.73" so we are doing okay, even though on the whole it has been a relatively dry month.
All of this sets the stage for great weather this weekend.
Today, mostly cloudy skies will continue, but the chance of rain is less than 20%. With highs in the low 80s, it should be a nice day even with the clouds.
We will clear out tonight, and cool down a little. The lows will drop into the upper 50s.
Friday and Saturday, look for lots of sunshine and highs in the low 80s.
Sunday will be nice, but an approaching front will bring some clouds to the area Sunday night. The front will wash out before it can bring us much in the way of rain, but I will put in a 20% chance of an isolated shower or two holding together for Monday.
