Dispatch says the call came in just before 6:30 a.m. April 10. Tennessee Highway Patrol says a Nissan Titan and a Chevy Silverado pulling a boat collided.

Officials originally believed Ingram had been drinking but toxicology reports show he was not drunk. He had a BAC of .01 percent.

Officials also said Ingrams truck crossed into the opposite lane and hit the Rogers head on but investigation showed the Rogers crossed into Ingram's lane.

The Rogers were killed at the scene. Ingram was transported to Skyridge Medical Center with injuries.
