Murder suspect has bond reduced

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) -

A man accused of murdering a dialysis worker and later mutilating her body had his bond reduced Monday.

Tony Bigoms is charged with the murder of Dana Wilkes last year. Investigators say he decapitated her and cut off her hands.

She was found in November on Youngstown Road.

Bigoms was arrested after a two month long investigation and charged with murder and abuse of a corpse.

He appeared in court and after a three hour hearing, had his bond reduced from $250,000 to $30,000.

His next court date is December 16.
