KNOXVILLE — A judge gave Pilot Flying J until the end of the month to respond to a proposed class-action lawsuit filed by five former customers in Knox County Circuit Court.

The attorneys represent five trucking companies, all former Pilot customers, seeking damages after being shortchanged on diesel rebates.
