Chattanooga police and SWAT spent hours on Jenkins Road Monday night and early Tuesday morning responding to a dispute between a man and his girlfriend's dad.

The victim told police he had an argument with his daughter's boyfriend and that the couple was still inside the home.

Police surrounded the house but couldn't get the couple to leave.

The SWAT Team arrived at the scene and took the couple into custody at 12:55 a.m.

No one was injured.
