JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WRCB) -- Jacksonville pounced on Chattanooga starter Duke von Schamann for eight runs in the first four innings and pounded out 16 hits en route to a 12-4 rout of the visiting Lookouts on Monday night at the Baseball Grounds.

The loss drops Chattanooga to 8-16 in the month of July, including 3-12 on the road.

J.T. Realmuto, Isaac Galloway and Daniel Pertusatti each homered and combined to drive in eight runs.

von Schamann (2-4) surrendered eleven hits and two of the home runs in 3.2 innings as the Suns built a 9-0 lead through four innings. The lead grew to 12-0 in the seventh on Mike Canha's RBI-double.

Jeremy Moore singled in the first, but the Lookouts did not have another hit until Miguel Rojas singled in the eighth. Chattanooga finished with just three hits, but took advantage of five walks while scoring all of its runs in the eighth inning.

The two teams will play game four of the five-game series at 7:05 p.m. ET Tuesday night.
